Information you share with us
When you send an event brief, request a consultation, submit partnership interest, apply for a sponsorship or request access to private concepts, we collect the details you provide. These can include your name, company, email, telephone number, event date, location, audience size, budget guidance, selected experiences and project goals.
Newsletter signup collects your email address and subscription preferences. Private-concept access and owner administration also use access credentials or session information. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment-card details in an event brief.
How we use these details
We use inquiry information to respond, qualify a project, recommend experiences, prepare proposals, coordinate production and maintain the related business record. Subscription-program interest is an inquiry; submitting the form does not create a paid subscription or reserve an event date.
We use access and technical information to operate the site, protect restricted content, prevent abusive submissions and troubleshoot problems. Newsletter details support the updates you sign up to receive. You can unsubscribe from those updates using the link in the message or by contacting us.
Cookies, saved choices and analytics
The site uses browser storage to remember your wishlist, selected planning information, viewing preferences and analytics choice. Your shortlist can be attached to an inquiry when you continue to the form. You can remove shortlist items in the site or clear saved browser data through your browser settings.
Where optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads after you choose to allow analytics. It measures permitted page visits and inquiry steps; the site's tracking integration does not send your written form answers to Google Analytics. Use the Privacy choices control, when available, to change your preference.
Hosting, security and embedded services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and access times. Necessary access or security storage is separate from optional analytics. Typeform and Calendly may use their own cookies and storage when their embedded services load.
Forms, scheduling and service providers
Our event inquiry forms use Typeform and consultation scheduling uses Calendly. Subscription interest and other site-managed applications are stored for our team to review. Hosting and storage infrastructure supports the site and its records; email delivery services support inquiry notifications and other communications.
These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices. External gallery, social and media links can take you to a separate service. Review the privacy information on the service you choose to use.
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request or protect rights and security. Event information may be shared with the agency, organizer or production partners involved in fulfilling the agreed project.
Event photos, video and AI experiences
Depending on the activation, guests may provide a photo, video, name, delivery address or other chosen input to create and receive their result. Some experiences transform an image using AI or produce a personalized printed or digital item. The format, providers and organizer's delivery arrangements vary by event.
Before participating, review the capture and sharing information provided at the activation. Ask the event team about the intended use, any public gallery and available alternatives. Contact us with the event name and date if you need help locating a result or requesting removal of content we control. Avoid sending additional identity documents unless we ask for information needed to verify the request.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the record and purpose: responding to a brief, delivering an event, maintaining a business relationship, resolving a dispute or meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Event-gallery availability can differ from business-record retention. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your event or request.
Access controls and technical safeguards support the protection of site records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries in which they operate.

This business website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults arranging events. For activations involving children, the organizer and responsible adults should review the event's participation, consent and media-sharing arrangements.
