The experience / The opportunity
A great portrait is already a reason to join in.

Bring polished photography and branded keepsakes to receptions, launches and celebrations, with the backdrop and delivery tailored to the event.

Choose your format
Plan the portrait, the group and the print.
Create portraits guests want to keep. Set the lighting, background and framing around the people you are photographing, then choose the printed or digital takeaway.
Best suited to: Branded receptions and company events. For professional headshots, specify individual framing, background, file delivery and any retouching separately.
Group framing
Tell us the largest group you want photographed and share the backdrop. The camera needs room beyond the posing area.
Print design
Agree the selected print size, photo layout, logo placement and number of poses before artwork approval.
Guest sharing
Choose the digital delivery and organizer gallery requirements separately from the printed keepsake.
Can we use a backdrop we already own?
Share its dimensions, a photograph and how it will be supported. We will confirm the capture position and lighting requirements.
Is an open-air booth the same as roaming photography?
An open-air booth has a planned capture position. A roaming photographer moves through the event to cover people and moments in different locations.
Can this be used for professional headshots?
Share the intended use before booking. Headshots need an agreed background, individual framing, lighting, file delivery and any retouching; those requirements differ from a party portrait with an overlay.

Portrait capture, immersed in Khadlaj’s world
A white portrait booth and studio lighting sit within a gold-toned Khadlaj environment. The custom welcome screen carries the fragrance campaign into the guest’s first interaction, connecting the physical setting with the on-screen experience.

The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
A straightforward branded portrait and keepsake for a wide range of audiences.
What you receive
Guests can receive printed portraits and send images by text or email. The online gallery brings the event’s captures together.
Make it your own
Combine the step-and-repeat artwork, studio-flash portrait treatment and print or digital frame into one campaign identity.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Share group sizes, the proposed backdrop, expected attendance, and print requirements so we can plan the capture and collection areas.
Talk through the logisticsYour dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.

Capture
Backdrop, guest pose position and lighting, with cables protected.
A guide to guest and crew activity. Equipment dimensions and physical positions are confirmed for your event.
Before the floor plan is finalized: Backdrop width, group size, camera position and peak queue length determine the final layout.
Recommended planning concept, not an engineering drawing or a guaranteed minimum. Queue space, accessible routes and venue-approved clearances must be agreed for your event.
