Choose your format

Plan the platform, the performance and the film.

Give guests a moving portrait of the occasion. Review real 360 films, choose the branded finish and plan a clear path from stepping onto the platform to receiving the video.

Best suited to: Fan hospitality, company celebrations and receptions where movement and group participation are part of the atmosphere.

01

Guest movement

Choose a simple action that works with the group and review a finished example. Guest safety and direction come before complexity.

02

Complete footprint

Plan platform access, camera movement, audience clearance and the queue together. Confirm the usable area with the venue.

03

Branded delivery

Approve the graphic treatment and delivery workflow. Confirm any audio rights, output format and organizer access as part of the scope.

Make an informed choice

Where can we see real 360 event films?

Explore the linked Sphere, NRL and Best Bagger selections on this page. Each film belongs to its named event; examples show creative possibilities, not identical venue configurations.

Does 360 video require the same space as a portrait booth?

No. A moving-camera platform has different clearance and guest access requirements. Share the complete floor plan before selecting the configuration.

BUILD YOUR 360

The same energy.A world of possibilities.

The camera moves around your guests. Everything around that moment can become part of your brand, from the physical set to the film they take away.

TRANSPARENT LOGO TREATMENT

Keep the room. Add your identity.

Layer campaign artwork into the guest film while preserving the energy of the event around them. The TELUS Digital example shows how a repeating logo treatment travels with the moment.

AI VIRTUAL BACKGROUND

Take them somewhere unexpected.

Replace the surroundings with a visual world built around your campaign. Pair your colors and logo with an immersive scene, as shown in this TELUS Digital treatment.

GREEN SCREEN · STILL BACKGROUND

Set the scene.

A green-screen enclosure lets a still image become the setting for a moving guest performance. Think stadiums, destinations or a custom campaign environment.

GREEN SCREEN · MOTION BACKGROUND

Make the whole world move.

Animated scenery adds another layer of movement to the camera orbit. This football-themed demonstration pairs the guest performance with a moving stadium environment.

A SET THAT BELONGS TO YOUR BRAND

Before the camera rolls.Make an entrance.

A curved branded backdrop gives the activation a recognizable home in the room. Coordinate the platform graphic, signage and sharing point so the physical experience feels as considered as the finished film.

  • In the room: custom curved fabric backdrop and platform branding.
  • In the film: transparent or full-color backgrounds, logo appearances and animated reveals.
  • At the handoff: a freestanding sharing kiosk gives guests a dedicated place to collect their clip.
THE PRODUCTION BEHIND THE MOMENT

Step on.We take it from here.

Capture
A Canon R50, professional lighting and a 39-inch platform form the core of the setup. Our team guides guests and operates the rotating camera.
Arrival
Stanchions and a red-carpet approach create a clear guest route. Optional fog effects depend on venue approval.
Flow
Plan space for the camera orbit, a waiting area and the separate sharing station. Group capacity, processing and delivery timing are confirmed for your configuration.

01 / THE DELIVERABLE

What you receive

Guests receive their finished video by text or email. Confirm the event gallery and edit treatment with the producer.

02 / YOUR BRAND

Make it your own

Choose an open-air setting, branded curved backdrop or a green-screen enclosure. Agree overlays, motion graphics and music rights before the event. An enclosure can improve background separation but adds footprint and production requirements.

Ways to build on this experience Optional pairings

LED Video Walls

Add campaign playback or a display treatment sized for the capture environment.

Each addition has its own creative, space and production requirements. Save the options that interest you to discuss them together.

For your production plan

Know before you book.

Allow space beyond the platform for the rotating arm, safe guest access, and a queue. Group capacity and outdoor suitability are confirmed for the selected setup.

Talk through the logistics
Your dedicated production team

A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.

Connectivity and venue coordination

We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.

Insurance and approvals

A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.

How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?

Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.

When should we supply artwork?

For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.

What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?

Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.

How are guest data and sharing handled?

Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
