Red Carpet Robot Jr.
Agile cinematic motion.
A directed red-carpet moment, captured by a programmed robotic camera and turned into a branded slow-motion film.
Live credibility
Trusted in the room. Seen beyond it.
The experience / The opportunity
Give the arrival a cinematic finish.
Red Carpet Robot Jr. is the agile Glambot offering. Professional lighting, guest direction, onsite camera-path programming, music, and video treatment work together to make a short performance feel like a premiere.
Build a directed guest performance into a launch, celebration or brand event, with a camera move and finished film designed for the room.

Choose your format
Direct the moment. Shape the camera move.
Give guests a clear cue and a cinematic reveal. Red Carpet Robot Jr. pairs directed participation with a planned camera move, lighting and an approved film treatment.
Best suited to: Premieres, celebrations and branded hospitality. Choose Jr. around the intended shot and venue plan, not an assumed capacity or footprint.
Performance
Choose the guest action and finished-film treatment together. A clear cue makes a short capture feel confident.
Operating space
The robot, guest position, camera movement and audience clearance all contribute to the required area.
Readiness
Allow access time for installation, calibration and a complete branded test before guests arrive.
Which robot fits our event?
Compare the actual movement, room, access route and creative brief with your producer. Equipment choice follows the shot and operating requirements.
What gets approved before the event?
Review the finished treatment, branding and planned guest action. Confirm the setup window and operating responsibilities with the venue.
How is Jr. different from Max?
Jr. uses the Universal Robots UR10e platform; Max uses a KUKA cinema configuration. Compare the shot, programming and venue requirements with your producer. Historical event films demonstrate the creative format and do not establish which current model was used.
Can finished films help attract the next guests?
A replay display can be included to show the experience in motion. Plan the screen orientation, approved guest-content permissions and placement with the capture area. Mobile-format films, a branded ending and selected music are agreed as part of the creative treatment.
THE MOMENT IN MOTION

Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
A sponsor-owned red-carpet moment that carries campaign identity into every guest film.
What you receive
Finished videos can be shared by text and email, shown on the event display, and collected in an online gallery.
Make it your own
Plan the camera movement, set treatment, branded overlay and film opening or ending together. Physical scenic work and virtual-production upgrades are separate creative scopes; the final camera specification follows the agreed package.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
The 60 × 30-inch robot base is not the full activation footprint. Allow a protected movement area, lighting, guest marks, and a queue; our team confirms the complete layout.
Talk through the logisticsYour dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.

Before the floor plan is finalized: Robot motion programming, safety assessment and equipment layout. The 60 × 30-inch base alone is not the activation footprint.
Recommended planning concept, not an engineering drawing or a guaranteed minimum. Queue space, accessible routes and venue-approved clearances must be agreed for your event.
