Red Carpet Robot Max

Television-scale cinema.

Commercial motion-control cinema for events where the production should be as impressive as the finished film.

Make it your moment
Red Carpet Robot Max · In motion FILM 1 / 1

The experience / The opportunity

Put your guests inside the production.

Red Carpet Robot Max uses a KUKA KR10 R1440-2 with previsualized camera paths and precise movement control. Music-synced movement, target tracking, and lens-control options support a more involved creative and technical brief.

For ambitious red-carpet and campaign moments that call for a precisely planned robotic camera sequence, set and guest performance.

Choose your format

A programmed shot deserves a complete production plan.

Build a repeatable cinematic moment around your campaign. Red Carpet Robot Max is scoped as a production: the guest action, programmed move, lighting and finished film work together.

Best suited to: Ambitious launches and production-led hospitality where the approved camera movement and controlled operating space shape the experience.

01

Performance

Choose the guest action and finished-film treatment together. A clear cue makes a short capture feel confident.

02

Operating space

The robot, guest position, camera movement and audience clearance all contribute to the required area.

03

Readiness

Allow access time for installation, calibration and a complete branded test before guests arrive.

Make an informed choice

Which robot fits our event?

Compare the actual movement, room, access route and creative brief with your producer. Equipment choice follows the shot and operating requirements.

What gets approved before the event?

Review the finished treatment, branding and planned guest action. Confirm the setup window and operating responsibilities with the venue.

Does a larger robot automatically mean more guests per hour?

No. Guest direction, the approved movement, retakes and delivery all affect participation. Scope the operating window and target audience before choosing the configuration.

Can finished films help attract the next guests?

A replay display can be included to show the experience in motion. Plan the screen orientation, approved guest-content permissions and placement with the capture area. Mobile-format films, a branded ending and selected music are agreed as part of the creative treatment.

Ways to build on this experience Optional pairings

LED Video Walls

Add campaign playback or a display treatment sized for the capture environment.

Each addition has its own creative, space and production requirements. Save the options that interest you to discuss them together.

For your production plan

Know before you book.

Max requires 240V power and has 1,440mm robot reach. The complete set needs a separate technical plan covering power, the safe working envelope, venue access, and crew.

Talk through the logistics
Your dedicated production team

A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.

Connectivity and venue coordination

We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.

Insurance and approvals

A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.

How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?

Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.

When should we supply artwork?

For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.

What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?

Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.

How are guest data and sharing handled?

Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.

AREA 1 / 3

Perform

Guest performance area and scenic background.

A guide to guest and crew activity. Equipment dimensions and physical positions are confirmed for your event.

Before the floor plan is finalized: A site-specific technical plan, safety assessment, access and power. The 1,440mm robot reach does not define a safe set boundary.

Recommended planning concept, not an engineering drawing or a guaranteed minimum. Queue space, accessible routes and venue-approved clearances must be agreed for your event.
