SNEAKERCON / CAPTURE TO COLLECTIBLE
Their portrait.Your next collectible.
Turn a guest photograph into an event-exclusive trading card, finished onsite and presented in a branded protective case. At SneakerCon Las Vegas, Rosie the Robot brought the capture into the crowd and made the keepsake part of the event.

A collection made for your audience
Design the frame, name fields, numbering and brand treatment around your event. Start with an original photographic portrait, or pair the card format with a separately planned AI transformation.
The finish is part of the experience
Guests see their portrait become a physical collectible they can show, keep and share. Plan capture, printing, assembly and collection as one flow. The examples below distinguish original portrait cards from optional AI artwork treatments.
Portraits, artwork and collectible finishes.
Choose your format
A real portrait, made collectible.
Keep the original portrait and build a collectible around it. Design the front, back and personalization together so the finished card feels like part of your campaign.
Best suited to: Team recognition and fan participation where original photography is preferred over AI transformation.
Portrait and layout
Keep the original photograph and build the card around your brand, event or team.
Front and back
Plan which names, labels and graphics belong on each side. Confirm what is fixed artwork and what changes for each guest.
Presentation
Choose the print finish and holder as part of the scope. A printed card, a custom box and an engraved object are different deliverables.
Is this an AI experience?
Original-photo cards do not need AI transformation. If you want guests to become a character, compare our Generative AI Trading Cards.
What should we send for design?
Share approved logos, colors, card references and the exact information you want on the front and back. Your team reviews the layout before production.
How do we keep card production from blocking the booth?
Plan portrait capture and finished-card collection as separate steps. Your floor plan should account for waiting guests, printing, cutting and any holder or packaging assembly. We confirm the workflow against your operating hours and target participation before recommending station counts.

The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
A portrait-led collectible for fan zones, employee recognition and brand communities, without requiring generative image transformation.
What you receive
Guests leave with a physical trading card in a branded plastic case.
Make it your own
Design the card series, guest information, sponsor placements, card reverse and protective packaging together. Holographic treatments and branded top-loader stickers are options to confirm with the production team.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Plan the portrait kiosk and a separate staffed finishing counter together. Printing, cutting and protective packaging need working room and stock storage; a 6–8 ft counter is a useful starting point, subject to the approved layout. Keep collection clear of the capture queue. Card finish and peak demand determine the production plan.
Are these AI-generated portraits?
This experience uses the guest’s photograph in a custom card design. Choose GenAI Trading Cards when a transformed character portrait is part of the brief.
What affects the number of cards we can produce?
Capture, printing, cutting and packaging are separate steps. We plan the staffing and finishing stations around the selected stock, protective packaging and busiest periods, not just the speed of the camera.
What should we approve before production?
Approve the front and reverse, guest fields, sponsor hierarchy, print finish and packaging. Keep names and campaign text in the designed card layout so they remain readable and consistent.
Your dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
