Picasso AI Sketch Robot
Portraiture drawn by a robot
A robotic sketch artist turns a guest portrait into a drawing they can watch being made.
Live credibility
Trusted in the room. Seen beyond it.
The experience / The opportunity
Let them watch their keepsake take shape.
Picasso AI Sketch Robot brings the act of drawing into the event. Guests see the robotic artist create a portrait, giving the booth a visible performance as well as a personal takeaway.
Give exhibit visitors and event guests a live drawing moment that connects the attraction, the portrait and the finished physical takeaway.

A PORTRAIT MADE IN FRONT OF YOU
Watch the pen move.Leave with something personal.
Picasso combines AI portrait interpretation with a robotic drawing performance. Guests watch their image become line art, then collect a physical sketch made for them.

The performance is part of the gift
Position the drawing station where guests can see the pen at work. Capture, drawing and collection become an easy-to-follow sequence that gives nearby attendees a reason to stop.
A keepsake with your signature
Shape the portrait style and branded paper around the event identity. Drawing time depends on the selected artwork and configuration; plan robot capacity and the collection flow around your audience.
The drawing. The reaction. The keepsake.
Choose your format
Plan the drawing and the takeaway together.
Drawing style
Line complexity influences the drawing process. Review the chosen style and a finished example.
Branded paper
Distinguish preprinted artwork from the lines drawn by the robot. Confirm the paper, layout and drawing area.
Finishing and collection
Allow space for output handling and guest pickup alongside capture and drawing stations.
Can it draw on other materials?
Custom surfaces need a suitability check. A successful paper drawing does not establish that the same setup can draw on a shirt or another object.
How many artists will we need?
Share the number of guests you want to serve and the operating window. We will scope the station count around the approved style and finishing process.

The details that matter
Made for your event.
For agencies and sponsors
A live-drawn portrait makes the guest the subject of the campaign. For an education, design or innovation brief, the robot’s visible drawing process connects naturally to creativity and building a future.
What you receive
A robotic portrait on the approved paper stock, with the selected digital handoff. Capture, drawing and guest collection are managed as separate stages so staff can keep the queue moving.
Make it your own
Approve a sketch style and branded paper footer, plus the microsite and delivery design. Protective sleeves and additional robot capacity can be scoped for the event.
For your production plan
Know before you book.
Sketching can take under a minute; total guest time also includes capture and handoff. Final capacity depends on the approved style and number of drawing stations.
Does the drawing time equal the full guest experience?
No. Capture, image preparation, drawing and handover are different stages. We confirm capacity for the selected style and robot count; a short drawing demonstration is not a guaranteed end-to-end turnaround.
Where does our branding appear?
Approve a printed header or footer around the drawing area so logos and campaign wording remain consistent. Keep essential brand marks in the designed layout rather than relying on the AI to redraw them accurately. The digital gallery and delivery message can carry the same campaign identity.
Can more robots help at busy times?
Additional robots can be scoped alongside capture stations and staff. The floor plan must also allow paper stock, safe equipment access and a collection point that does not block arriving guests.
Should guests choose a style or write their own prompt?
A small, approved style menu makes the choice easier and keeps the results aligned with the campaign. An open prompt or survey-led portrait can be developed separately, with tested creative limits and a guest flow that allows more decision time.
Can the robots be open to view or enclosed?
We can scope an open drawing presentation or a branded enclosure around the chosen configuration. Confirm the robot count, guest sightlines, staff access and collection area together. A display of approved finished sketches is an optional addition, including on a compatible venue screen.
Your dedicated production team
A dedicated team handles the project, with our own staff operating the experience. Creative preparation, setup, guest guidance, and handoff are planned as one turnkey service.
Connectivity and venue coordination
We bring our own 5G connection, or plan Starlink for outdoor and remote events where appropriate. We confirm coverage and site conditions in advance, and coordinate marshalling yards when heavy load-in requires them.
Insurance and approvals
A $5M certificate of insurance is available on request. Send the venue’s certificate-holder details and access requirements to your project team.
How do we plan for queues and peak attendance?
Share the expected guest count, busiest arrival periods and operating hours. Capture, processing and collection may run at different speeds. We test the selected workflow before confirming capacity; extra kiosks or finishing stations are scoped where they solve a real bottleneck.
When should we supply artwork?
For a branded production, a useful target is physical-branding approval around four weeks before the show, digital creative around three weeks before, and final sign-off 7–10 business days before load-in. These are planning targets, not universal lead times; fabrication and custom development may need longer.
What should our agency, sponsor and venue provide?
Share the date, location, booth number, floor plan, hours, access windows and production contact. Send vector logos, brand guidelines, campaign messaging and required legal copy, with one creative approver. The final plan assigns power, connectivity, venue permissions and guest-flow responsibilities clearly.
How are guest data and sharing handled?
Agree the fields, consent language, gallery access, delivery channels and retention period before launch. Receiving a photo is not blanket permission for marketing. Uploading, generation and delivery depend on connectivity; the event plan should include a tested response to an interruption.
